This Recipe is so simple, my twelve-year-old makes it all the time.
2-3 cups of frozen strawberries
1/4-1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream
1/4-1/2 cup of Truvia baking blend (I run it through my smoothie maker, so it’s a fine powder and melts easier) or any sweetener you choose, but remember amounts could be different.
Splash or two of vanilla
What to do:
Put the strawberries into a food processor and blend until crumbled. Then add the sweetener and vanilla. Turn it back on and slowly add the cream until it’s well blended. And you’re done!
**This freezes very hard, we just pop it in the microwave for a 20 seconds then eat it, but I’m going to try our ice-cream maker and some vegetable glycerine soon. The glycerine is supposed to make it scoop-able.
